Forbes, Boston Business Journal and Business Insider are among the organizations that have recognized Progress for Best Employer and excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility.
People are at the core of everything we do at Progress. From our employees to the customers and communities we serve, people are vital to our growth and success. That’s why it’s significant when those outside of our company give us a nod—or more than a few nods—for a job well done.
Our people-first approach flows directly into our corporate social responsibility program (CSR), Progress for Tomorrow. Through Progress for Tomorrow, employees support programs dedicated to inclusion, diversity, social justice, STEM education, environmental sustainability and emergency relief.
As a company striving to provide a positive, welcoming work environment for employees while working to give back to the community, we’re honored to be recognized for our CSR efforts.
“Progress has a close and nurturing culture based on mutual respect, trust and collaboration,” said Yogesh Gupta CEO, Progress. “I am humbled that we have received so many recognitions honoring that effort because these awards are based on direct feedback from our people. Our people know that what they do matters. They live our values each and every day in the work they do, how they engage with our customers and each other, and in their service to the community. They continue to make me #ProgressPROUD.”
Below are the Progress awards-to-date for 2022:

The three pillars of our corporate social responsibility program are our people, our communities and our world. With everything we do, we aim to serve these three pillars in every way possible. Earning these awards is a testament that our commitment to Progress For Tomorrow is making a positive difference and getting noticed.
