Progress Chief of Staff Dinara Doyle is an invaluable resource to Progress and our Executive Leadership team. Dinara ensures decisions about everything from corporate policy making to our Corporate Social Responsibility program are driven by the right information and context. By engaging with a wide array of cross-functional and executive teams, Dinara infuses our CEO’s vision into all manner of company operations.
A vibrant champion for big-picture thinking, Dinara is a powerful advocate who keeps teams focused on important questions, such as: what are we trying to accomplish and what’s the smartest way for us to consistently get there? She keeps teams on track by asking the tough questions excellence demands. And by forging connections that help people work together, grow and be their best, Dinara elevates understanding, removes roadblocks and encourages bold thinking that challenges the status quo.
Prior to Progress, Dinara’s successful technology career included time leading teams in Software Quality Assurance and Release Engineering at CIDC, DevOps and IT Services within Secure, Resilient Systems and Technology Group at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Business Security at Brightcove. The common thread across all these roles was her ability to partner across the organizations to help gain alignment, simplify processes, promote transparency in communication, and encourage teamwork and collaboration to accomplish seemingly impossible tasks. These roles all contributed valuable skills she brings to her current role as Progress as Chief of Staff ensuring we go further together.
Dinara earned her degree in computer science with a minor in management from the University of Massachusetts.
